• 1. No extensions on appointments. Please do not wait until the last minute to book...
  Example: “You can miss up to three/four services per year and it is still worth the package compared to the regular price.”
• 2. The membership is not valid in combination with other promotions.
• 3. The Bonus Discounts apply only to the person who bought the membership, no one else.
• 4. For Memberships #1, #2, #3, the membership owner may give away ONE service out of the year , to another person... as long as the spa is notified 48 hours in advance. Example: “You have a 'Mani-Membership' (12 pre-paid manicures) but it is your friends' birthday and you want to treat her/him to a manicure as well... you may use ONE of your pre-paid monthly manicures on her/him... leaving you with one less manicure to use on yourself.
• 5. Failure to cancel/re-schdule within 24 hours of your booked appointment, will result in the loss of that particular service.
• 6. Availability is not guaranteed – so book your appointments in advance to ensure that we can accomodate you at the date & time you desire.
• 7. For 'The Ultimate Spa Membership', the membership owner may bring a guest for ONE visit, and that guest will be entitled to the bonus discount of 25%OFF any services they have booked for that day (as well as 25%OFF products purchased on that day)
